Our Values

NaturaNectar's values have been blended by a great dosage of significance. Here is the formula:
It was one of the many trips I have done from Miami to Sao Paulo. As a senior executive of a large multinational company with responsibilities all over Brazil, I was very used to this trip. This one was different though, it was to explore my exit strategy. After 21 years, I felt that it was time to do something fundamentally different with my life and career. I was on my way to explore the potential business opportunity that today we call NaturaNectar.
As I crossed the Equator line flying over South America, I started to type in a few basic caveats that we (Alessandro and I) would have to agree upon before we could do any business together:

Be conscious of the many needs “our neighbors” in many parts of the world have. At least 10% of the company’s gross profits would be directed to charity.

Absolutely conduct our business with the highest degree of integrity, ethics and respect.

Pledge to learn to appreciate and value each others’ strengths and help one another bridge our gaps.

It was an amazing thing when I presented this to Alessandro. His face could not hide how aligned our thoughts were, although we had only known each other for a short time.
